Update - CZMVS system issues - time outs during verification

24.5. 9:15: During this morning, we experienced problems with verification or slow reaction of the NSOL system - "system time out". We are working closely with a supplier of CZMVS on the investigation. The issue has absolute priority.

23.5. 10:30: 

Today, CZMVS operates according to agreed SLAs. Problems that are not related to the unavailability of Cosmos DB (database) are still being analyzed.

14:25 - information from Solidsoft: "We have verified that the MS database failure problem is solved and this part of the cause is resolved. According to monitoring from 1:20 PM, the performance of the system has improved significantly and the recorded transactions are below 50ms on average. We continue to investigate individual cases of un-successful verification."

We work with some CZMVS end-user representatives to investigate the specific authentication issues that have occurred in the system today. 

We will disclose any additional information.

11:09 - information from Solidsoft: "We have a P1 as the Azure Cosmos DB (database) is unavailable. We have logged a Premiere Support ticket with Microsoft, as this is purely impacting Czech Republic CZMVS. This will be the reason for the initial reports of improved performance, but then the complete unavailability of the system."

Solidsoft will be sending out communication and it has been managing this Major Incident with Microsoft.

Update will be provided as soon as possible.

Among other things, the night-time R 4.1.3 change of the system has strengthened the capacity of the virtual infrastructure, but the problem seems different. Solidsoft is working on the investigation.
