Medicinal pack granted as a free sample from the FMD perspective

If the pharmacy receives a sample pack of the medicinal product from the supplier for CZK 1,- or receives it free of charge, we recommend that the current status of the unique identifier be verified prior to any further action. If the current status is „Free Sample“, the pack has been already decommissioned by the supplier from the FMD perspective. Any further transaction in CZMVS will raise an alert.
