Information on problems in CZMVS on February 11th

On 11.2.2025 at 11:00 a.m., due to an unexpected technical error in the network element Firewall (Baracudas), the availability of the CZMVS was limited. All services and full availability of the CZMVS were restored at 12:20 p.m.. An investigation into this incident is currently underway, including all controls to prevent this type of incident in the future.

In connection with this situation, please note that according to Article 29 of the "Regulation", in these cases (technical problems of the system), the medicinal product can be issued - and verification and discarding will be done afterwards. (It is therefore necessary to write down or store the unique identifier of the package in the application system for such a dispensing).
