HUB downtime for maintenance
EMVO is contacting OBPs to inform them that due to urgent maintenance work, the Hub will be offline.
In order to ensure that as little disruption as possible occurs, we will ensure that as much of the required maintenance work as possible occurs outside of business hours. As such, the environments of the Hub will be offline from the following times:

During the offline period, it is no longer possible for OBPs and national systems to communicate with the Hub. If you try to upload data to the Hub during the offline period, you would receive a notification from the Hub.
In terms of technical on-boarding, during the offline period of the PRD environment it is not possible to complete any step of the technical on-boarding process.
It goes without saying that EMVO will keep OBPs fully informed of developments, and that we will communicate again as soon as each environment is available again.

We have been informed that overnight the maintenance work has been processed successfully.
After a series of checks early this morning, Thursday 13th December, we can now announce that IQE environment is back online.
With the maintenance of the IQE, the SSL certificates are now renewed. It will be the same certificates as those of the ITE and PRD environments. If you use whitelisting of IP addresses please contact our Helpdesk to receive the updated IP addresses.
