EU Hub disruption
Due to an issue with Microsoft, we would like to inform that from 13:30 CET up to 16:10 on 10th March, the EU Hub experienced some disruptions. The initial root cause analysis tells that the disk space capacity was overloaded. This subsequently caused the system to slow down and required a restart to correct.
Since yesterday 16:10 CET the EU Hub appears to be functioning properly again. In order to further stabilise the system, a temporary patch will put in place this afternoon. OBPs might experience O1 errors during the time the patch is applied. If you are affected by such errors, please retry the transaction. EMVO do not expect any other symptoms to occur during this process.
EMVO is working closely with the supplier SolidSoft Reply and Microsoft to implement preventive measures to avoid future occurrences.
