Czech Medicines Verification System Goes Live

We are pleased to inform you that on April 25th, 2018 the Czech Medicines Verification System (CZMVS) was connected to the European Hub production environment.

This is a great news for our stakeholders as well as a whole Czech Medicines Verification Organization (NOOL) established on 6^th March 2017 by representative stakeholder associations namely; AEDL (Association of European Distributors of Pharmaceuticals), AIFP (The Association of Innovative Pharmaceutical Industry), AVEL (Association of Wholesale Distributors of Pharmaceuticals), ČAFF (Czech Association of Pharmaceutical Companies), ČLnK (Czech Chamber of Pharmacists).

The Czech NMVS is seventh connected national verification system to the EU HUB within Europe and it is now open for the first manufactures to upload the data of their serialized products designated for Czech market. Starting next week, we are prepared to activate pilot with our pilot participants – selection or distributors, hospital and general pharmacies, IT providers and producers who expressed their readiness and intend to test with us the system and related process in the “real life”.  All other subjects affected by FMD should be able to on-board and prepare themselves within following 9 months.
