Automatic closing of alerts older than 1 year

Have you noticed that alerts are closed automatically in AMS after 1 year?

Based on a mutual agreement between CZMVO and SÚKL we have launched automatic closing of alerts in AMS that are older than 1 year and have not been closed by either MAH or End user despite various notifications sent.

Nonetheless, we would like to kindly remind you that any and all alerts should be investigated and resolved. We shall continue reporting non-cooperative parties on a regular monthly basis to SÚKL.
