Alerts triggered by end users abroad are automatically closed in CZAMS

Have you noticed that alerts triggered by end users abroad are automatically closed in CZAMS?

If an end user in a foreign market verifies a pack for which data is not available in the local repository, an intermarket transaction (IMT) is triggered, during which the EU Hub selects another national repository to fulfill the request. If the data is available in the Czech market, the Czech repository may be chosen. If the pack cannot be successfully verified, an alert will be raised in CZMVS, which is immediately automatically closed in CZAMS to the status "06n - IMT Fullfilling," since the pack is not physically located in Czech territory, and the responsibility for the investigation lies with the foreign national organization responsible for verification of the authenticity of medicinal products. The alert in CZAMS can also be recognized by the fact that the "Source Business Process" field contains the value "National System Intermarket." In situations where a larger number of such alerts arise, CZMVO contacts the corresponding national organization to determine the cause. However, the investigation of the alerts is handled by the relevant organization.
