Problems in CZMVS - longer response time

Warning: as of approximately 7:30am today (25^th January, 2023), extended response times, and in some cases unavailability, of the CZMVS system have been reported. At approximately 8:20pm the situation stabilized.

The cause of the problem, as it turned out during the investigation, was the unavailability of Microsoft Azure services. This was a general connectivity issue that could potentially impact all Microsoft services (including Teams and Outlook).

According to Article 29 of the "Regulation", in these cases (technical problems of the system), the LP can be issued - and verification and discarding will be done afterwards. (It is therefore necessary to write down or store the unique identifier of the package in the application system for such a dispensing).
