Agreement with the license conditions for using the Alert Management System (NOOL AMS)

We would like to inform users of our AMS (Alert Management System) that from April 14, 2022, users will be required to agree with the license terms of use of the AMS.

These license terms set the rules for connecting to and accessing the system. These are general and common conditions for using a software application provided free of charge.

The first time a user of the organization - OBP / MAH - enters the AMS, the text of the license conditions is displayed. At the end of the text, it is necessary to confirm agreement with the conditions by clicking on the confirmation window "I agree with the conditions". One user consent per organization (MAH / OBP) will be required. No additional activities are required.

Notice: For other users (pharmacies, distributors), an amendment to the existing Agreement on the use of the NOOL National System is currently being prepared, which will include, among other things, agreement on the license conditions for the use of the AMS.
